Glitches in completion (green ticked) videos

Is anyone else getting glitches in accurate recording of completed modules ?

Mine are variously

1) not marking complete when I've completed them

2) marking an overall course complete , but the individual videos within the course not green ticked

3) changing from being green ticked, to not, so that I am unable to progress to the next locked module in a course as it erroneously thinks I haven't completed the prev modules

4) inconsistency between module completion on the app and through the browser.

I have emailed "help" but no response so far.

Any advice welcome.
