Getting Help

Hi,

Is there a way to ask questions about specific videos? I am not knowledgable about a technique that was discussed in a video. I tried searching the topic discussed but was lead back to the video I was watching. The instructor did not define the topic brought up and I do not know what it means or how to do the technique mention. So, I'm not sure where to go from here.
